Oven Baked Ruckus Ribs
The best way to make ribs is to cook them low and slow! These delicious ribs will be fall-off-the-bone tender, and finger-licking delicious!
Preheat oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. If your ribs have a thin membrane over the bones on the backside, remove by carefully sliding a knife under membrane and then peel it away. You can use a paper towel to get a better grip.
In a small bowl stir together brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, freshly cracked black pepper, and paprika. Use whatever ratio you want, you cant really go wrong (just dont go too crazy on the mustard powder, as it can overpower. A couple teaspoons in the whole mix is fine). Rub mixture ALL over ribs (get every square centimetre covered) and slap that bad boy onto your baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake until very tender, 2 hours.
Get your bottle of OG Ruckus BBQ Sauce ready - pour some into a small bowl or ramekin with a meat brush. Dip your finger in and taste its glory!
When the ribs are tender and soft, take them out and remove the foil. Slather both sides with BBQ Sauce. Broil (uncovered) until sauce just starts to caramelize, 2 to 4 minutes.
Try to wait long enough to take a picture and send it to us (and all your friends to make them jelly af!)
Scarf them down.
