Red Razz Baked Brie

What you’ll need:

1 Tube Crescent Rolls

1 Wheel of Brie

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Red Razz Hot Sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. (optional) Slice the top (facing up) side of the rind off the brie. This will help the pastry stick to it. Easiest done while the brie is chilled.

3. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or silicone, lay out the pastry flat (you may need to roll it out depending on the size of your brie). Try to keep the pieces close together so they don’t bake apart.

4. Spread the Red Razz Hot Sauce over the top of your brie, fold dough over top, cutting off excess dough. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top.

5. Bake at 350ºF (175°C) for 30 minutes, pastry should be golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
